To ensure a high level of service, Minprint‘s production is in operation 16 hours a day and extended to 24 hours when required during busy times.

This service enables our customers to transact with us quickly and easily for all their marketing and print needs. Customers have access to their own bespoke portal which enables them to re-order regular items such as business cards, letterheads, brochures and promotional items as well as upload artwork and order online for promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, packaging and point of sale.

With a dedicated account management team along with our experienced print operations team we ensure that clients receive the very best in customer support and deliver a first class service.

We work with our customers to identify how best we can support them in terms of graphic design, creative ideas, sourcing products and account management and responsiveness and provide advice on the most suitable and economical way to produce your chosen printed materials.

How does it work?

Artwork and Design
Our studio operators are experts in all leading design packages and can process, alter or create artwork as required. The artwork for all goods is stored securely online in our web-to-print system for future reprints and current up-to-date ripped and approved PDF file are maintained to ensure consistency of provision.
Proofing
With web-to-print all proofing is carried out online. We can provide colour digital proofs or ‘wet proofs’ if required and all changes can be made via an online facility. This ensures fast and efficient processing of all orders.
Production
Production time is between 3-5 days, depending on the quantity and complexity of the job. Critical deadlines are given priority and where appropriate we can manage production to meet more urgent deadlines.

Quality Assurance
Integrated print management information systems supply invaluable shop floor data for a series of quality control checks and a powerful quality monitoring tool. Our stringent quality control process ensures that all jobs are printed to the same consistently high standard and comply with Print Colour Management ISO Certification 12647-2:2013
Feedback and Evaluation
Building a close relationship and understanding of our customers is what makes our system really work. At appropriate intervals we undertake formal evaluations to address any issues arising and ensure you are receiving excellent service and value for money whilst fully encouraging contact with your account manager at any stage on any issue.
