Gary and Jamie headed off to Germany at the end of last week to catch up on the latest news and technology in print from around the world.

Drupa

We hope to make investments in all three areas of our business over the next 12 months.
In Litho we have our eyes on the Heidelberg XL75 with in press colour controls, reduced setup, faster speeds across all stock weights.
In digital we have a deal waiting in the wings for a new Xerox Colour Press 1000 with the optional 5th ink unit for wonderful clear varnish effects, again this press has in press colour management hardware to make sure our 1st sheet of your job matches the last.
In wide format we have great interest in the latest Latex ink technology from Mimaki and are also looking into lamination machines from Seal.
